KodexDraft 14-day Trial
By participating in the 14-day free trial of KodexDraft, the AI-based document creator designed by Kodex AI, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: This free trial is available only to financial professionals aged 18 years or older who have received an invitation link to participate in the trial.
- Trial Period: The free trial period for KodexDraft lasts for 14 days from the date of activation. During this period, users have full access to the features and functionalities of KodexDraft for the feature of creating RFP reports.
- Usage: Participants may use KodexDraft solely for the purpose of creating RFP reports within their professional capacity as financial professionals.
- Ownership: All content, documents, and data created using KodexDraft during the free trial period remain the property of the user. Uploaded AI Sources will be shared with KodexAI for analysis and improving Our service, as stated in Our Privacy Policy.
- Limitations: Participants are limited to one free trial account per individual. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate the trial account if any abuse or misuse of the service is detected.
- Illegal Content: Participants are strictly prohibited from using KodexDraft to create, store, or distribute any illegal or unauthorized content, including but not limited to copyrighted material, confidential information, or content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- Support: Kodex AI provides technical support during the trial period via email or online consultation.
- Feedback: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions regarding their experience with KodexDraft during the trial period. This feedback may be used for product improvement and marketing purposes.
- Privacy: Participant data collected during the free trial will be handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy
- Termination: Kodex AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend the free trial account at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
- Agreement: By activating the free trial of KodexDraft participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
